Shipping Locations

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹15,000.
- Standard shipping charges apply to all orders below ₹15,000 (calculated at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is only available for Kanpur, UP.
- COD charges range from ₹30 to ₹50, depending on the order amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package in real time.
Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will make up to two more attempts. If undelivered, the order will be returned to us, and a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the package at info@kadakfamilytea.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
